What inspired you to join Produce Packaging, and what continues to motivate you in your role today?
I was drawn to Hutchinsons Packaging by the opportunity to apply my operational experience within a growing, nationwide business that plays an important role in supporting fresh and manufactured food packaging. The scale of the operation, combined with a practical, customer-focused approach, was particularly appealing. Over time, my role has expanded to include wider operational responsibilities, working closely with teams across the business to support efficiency, customer service, and continued development. What motivates me most is collaborating with a committed team to help the business evolve, delivering reliable and often bespoke solutions while continuing to invest in our people, facilities, and fleet.
What do you like to do for fun outside of work?
Outside of work I like to go carp fishing, play rugby and walk my springer spaniel.
