What inspired you to join Produce Packaging, and what continues to motivate you in your role today?
When I joined the company, it presented a very different challenge compared to my previous role. I worked my way up to Operations Manager, a position I held for 15 years. However, I missed working in the stores, which is where I most enjoyed my work, so I moved back into a Store Supervisor role. Having a great team here has also been a big reason I’ve stayed.
What do you like to do for fun outside of work?
Outside of work I enjoy playing snooker, which I have been in tournaments and won trophies and spending time with the family.
