What inspired you to join Produce Packaging, and what continues to motivate you in your role today?
I recently joined the Hutchinsons Packaging team and was drawn to the positive culture of the team. What appealed to me about the role is the opportunity to work with teams across the business in different functions, improving processes, increasing visibility, and reviewing commercials. My experience working across operations, commercial, and finance teams helps me take a well-rounded and practical approach to my role. What motivates me is making things clearer and more efficient, and being part of a business that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and supporting UK produce.
What do you like to do for fun outside of work?
I’d love to go to Norway and Canada, or visit New York around Christmas time.
