What inspired you to join Produce Packaging, and what continues to motivate you in your role today?
I was originally the Packaging Controller for Worldwide Fruit for approx 7 years, one of our customers. I heard that Produce Packaging was potentially looking at building a depot in Spalding, in which I took interest in. In those 7 years, I had built a strong relationship with Produce Packaging team, made the call to Mark T, went through the interview process and I was successful.
My motivation is driven by delivering excellent customer service. After spending many years on the other side of fence at Worldwide Fruit, its important to have the support and trust in a supplier. Also being part of the Produce Packaging Team, is something I am very proud of.
What do you like to do for fun outside of work?
Outside of work in my own time, I am a keen mountain biker. I enjoy travelling around the country riding new and different trails. Through the summer months I do approx. 10 motorbike track days and I enjoy travelling around the country to different circuits. I do have a dream of potentially attending a track day over seas in Spain or Portugal.
