Jeff is a Box Conversion Operator at our Marden site, producing machine- and hand-erect boxes within the box erecting facility. In addition to his production role, he also supports the business as a Cover Driver, helping to maintain reliable deliveries and customer service when required.

What inspired you to join Produce Packaging, and what continues to motivate you in your role today?

The staff and colleagues, whom I’m very fond of, and the strong sense of teamwork. Being part of an industry that is sadly in decline, we continue to work hard to support farming.

What do you like to do for fun outside of work?

Fishing, watching my son Jacob play football, my son Lewis at basketball, and my daughter Lilli singing. And of course… cake!
