Welcoming New Talent to the Hutchinsons Packaging Team
Meet the three new members of the Hutchinsons Packaging team! ...
We’re excited to share that the Hutchinsons Packaging team – made up of Produce Packaging and Innavisions – is continuing to grow. Over the past few months, we’ve welcomed three new team members, each bringing fresh skills, energy, and experience to help us support our customers and drive innovation in sustainable packaging. We’re delighted to introduce them and highlight the contributions they will be making within the team.
Daisy Jones
Commercial Coordinator
Daisy supports Hutchinsons Packaging by streamlining commercial processes and ensuring best practices across both the Produce Packaging and Innavisions businesses. She works closely with the sales, buying and operations teams to maintain accurate pricing, analyse margins and manage supplier and customer price agreements. Daisy also provides support on enquiries and internal reporting improvements, using data and analysis to help keep our commercial activities efficient and consistent.
Prior to joining the business, Daisy spent time working in and leading operational and financial teams across a variety of industries, with a strong commercial focus. Outside of work, Daisy enjoys playing competitive netball and spending time with her Springer Spaniel.
Tom Gardner
Business Development Manager
Tom joins the business as a Business Development Manager in the South East, working alongside Lee Cooper, who will continue to focus on the fresh produce sector. Tom will continue to develop our drinks packaging and prepared food packaging, supporting customers with a wide range of bespoke packaging solutions.
He brings a background in injection moulding and paper packaging, with experience supplying into both the automotive and retail sectors for companies such as Mercedes-Benz and Superdrug. Most recently, Tom worked as an Area Sales Manager, where he specialised in roof ventilation systems.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys playing golf and rugby, and is always happy to connect over a coffee.
Cesina Morroll
Customer Services Manager – Innavisions
Cesina joins the business as Innavisions’ Customer Services Manager, working alongside the sales team, dedicated to ensuring a consistently high level of service across the business. She works closely with both customers and colleagues to deliver excellent support and is always keen to develop new skills.
She brings several years of experience in customer service, office management, and sales support within the food and packaging industries.
Outside of work, Cesina enjoys travelling, spending time outdoors, and practising Pilates.
