We’re lucky enough to have been both nominated and shortlisted for two FPC Fresh Awards this year and we couldn’t be happier!
It’s no secret that our people are the driving force behind the scenes, which is why we’re pleased to announce that our teams have been shortlisted for Team of the Year and Manager of the Year.
Operations Team
Team of the Year
Achieving our high level of service would not be possible without our operations team. Operating from all three of our depots – Forfar, Marden, and Spalding – our ops team works tirelessly to maintain our commitment to our customers.
From rearranging routes to accommodate same day deliveries to building infrastructure and attending training courses to continuously improve our efforts, our operations team goes above and beyond to support the business.

David Tugwell
Manager of the Year
Heading up our stellar operations team, it’s only right that our National Operations Manager, David Tugwell, got shortlisted for the Manager of the Year award.
David’s colleagues nominated him for his leadership skills and work ethic. From his work uniting the operations teams across all depots to his time spent building an outdoor space for employees at the Marden depot, David puts his heart into everything he does. His contributions to the team are outstanding and we’re glad to have him represent Produce Packaging.
